Ariaware Technologies Inc. (doing business as “ZeroTouch.ai”) (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the ZeroTouch AI UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) mobile application (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Push Notifications (APNs / Firebase Messaging)

We use push notifications to deliver service-related messages such as alerts, security notifications, and important updates.

 

Push notifications may involve:

  • A push notification token (APNs/FCM token for your device/app instance)

  • Basic delivery information (such as whether a notification was sent/delivered)

We do not use push notifications for advertising.

1.2 Basic App and Device Information

To operate the App reliably and securely, we may collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device model/type and operating system version

  • App version

  • A device identifier (such as a device serial number) provided by the device management system, used solely for enterprise device identification and core App functionality.

1.3 Managed App / Enterprise Deployment (Apple Business Manager & MDM)

The App may be deployed and managed by your organization using Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (for example: Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Omnissa Workspace ONE, ZeroTouch, etc.).

In a managed deployment, your organization may:

  • Configure certain App settings (such as organization or tenant connection details)

  • Control access and deployment policies for the App

Your organization’s MDM provider may manage installation and availability of the App as part of enterprise device management. We do not use this information for advertising or tracking.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only to:

  • Provide core App functionality

  • Send push notifications you enable

  • Maintain App reliability and performance

  • Protect users and prevent fraud or misuse

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues when requested

3. No Advertising / No Tracking

We do not run advertising in the App.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not track users across third-party apps or websites.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or track you across other companies’ apps, services, or websites.

We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the App:

  • Google Firebase (for push notification delivery via Firebase Messaging)

Firebase processes information only to provide its services. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the security of users and our services.

 

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to:

  • Provide the App and keep it secure and reliable

  • Meet legal or compliance obligations (if applicable)

Push notification tokens may be removed or replaced if you disable notifications, reset the App, or uninstall the App.

 

6. Your Choices and Controls
6.1 Push Notifications

You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Secure transmission (TLS/HTTPS)

  • Access controls and least-privilege practices

No system is completely secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.

 

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice in the App.
